Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in it's original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. SINS4X4 accepts the return of online orders within 14 days of purchase provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original tags are attached and items are returned in unused condition.

• If deemed faulty by SINS4X4, a replacement item will be shipped where possible (subject to stock availability) or a refund will be issued.
SINS4X4 will exchange goods equal to the value of goods returned which are not faulty. 

To start a return, you can contact us at SINS4X4 If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
It is your responsibility to return the goods at your own expense when goods are not faulty. If the returned goods are deemed faulty we will cover the postage cost.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like . Items on sale, gift cards, custom and special orders.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be sent a new item or refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and the refund.
We will not be responsible if your return is lost in transit back to SINS4X4. We recommend that you send all returns by traceable post.
